Formal Marketing Services Agreement (MSA)

All partnerships are formalized through a comprehensive, written MSA. This legal agreement clearly details:

  • The specific marketing services and deliverables to be provided by the partner.
  • The term of the agreement.
  • The fixed compensation structure.
  • Compliance requirements and guidelines.
Fixed, Fair Market Value Compensation

Partners receive fixed compensation based on the fair market value (FMV) of the specific marketing services outlined in the MSA. This fee is determined in advance and is NOT tied to the number of patients acquired, clicks, leads generated, or the volume or value of services utilized by patients.

No Referral-Based Payments

Claims about services or products must be substantiated and compliant. Ascend Vitality may require review of certain marketing materials prior to publication.

Mandatory FTC Disclosure:

In accordance with Federal Trade Commission guidelines, partners MUST clearly, conspicuously, and unambiguously disclose their material connection to Ascend Vitality in ALL promotional content related to our services. This includes using clear disclosure language like #ad, #sponsored, or #AscendVitalityPartner placed visibly within the content.

Failure to comply with FTC disclosure requirements is grounds for termination of the partnership.
